Michele Miller Houck launched the Wonder Project in 2021 to help museums, science centers, nature centers, and other mission driven organizations open new and updated facilities and experiences for their visitors. The Wonder Project provides a proven, research-based methodology to attract, engage and activate your constituents. In essence, we help you prepare to welcome visitors to your organization, engage them in meaningful experiences, and inspire them to activate your mission in the world.  Our engagements are approximately 6-9 months. By adding short term project management capacity, we can take some of the headache from opening or re-opening new facilities, experiences, or exhibits. Once your staff is hired, your experience is honed, and you are open to the public, we move on (and off your payroll).
